Trinity Vibes Sterling Grey Benwa Balls

The grey coating is smooth and subtle, which made the first try far less awkward than I expected. After a week of daily 15-minute sessions, I can already feel the muscle control improving when I clench.

The grey coating is smooth and subtle, which makes it easy to forget they’re even there until you consciously flex. I’ve noticed a real difference in muscle control after just a few weeks of daily use, and the weight feels just right for a steady challenge.

I was skeptical about the weight at first, but the firm silicone surface makes them easy to insert and they stay put once I flex around them. Three weeks in, my pelvic floor feels noticeably stronger during everyday movements.
