Lily Y. ★★★★★

The cool metal crossbars feel great when they first touch the skin, and the screws turn smoothly enough that you can dial in exactly the right pressure. I was a bit nervous about the tightening at first, but it's surprisingly easy to control and builds tension just the way I wanted.

Elizabeth ★★★★☆

Tightening the screws is a slow, deliberate process that builds pressure exactly where you want it. The crossbars sit firmly and don’t slip once you get them in place, though I wish the screw threads were slightly smoother for finer control.
